Excellent service. Very happy and would have no hesitation recommending Osborne Park Kia and specifically Eric Zeljko. We went to 2 other Kia dealerships before we found a sales person who was professional and personable. Even to the point of phoning ahead and asking for a sales person who was more than 5 minutes old and actually interested in providing service. Eric did not disappoint and I am not the proud owner of an EV6 GT Line which I absolutely love driving !! Thank you.

Absolutely unsurpassed customer service ! From start to finish I cannot fault the process one bit. I initially was just making an enquiry but walked out with a new car. Darren was the salesman assisting in the process and he was professional, really knew his stuff and really genuine. Will be my first point of call for any friends or family looking for a car. Once I decided the car was a great deal, I spoke with Brent for the finance, it was short notice and needed everything organized for June 30. Everything was seamless and easy - genuinely the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. This was my first Kia but fair to say I will be a repeat customer and Kia is now one of my preferred car brands after such a fantastic experience. I don't normally write long reviews but felt compelled to share the positive experience. Ask for Darren to buy a car and any finance needs Brent was amazing!

The team was great to deal with during the purchase of my Stonic, Eric kept me updated while I waited for the car and made everything easy. Brent made finance a breeze and got everything all sorted with my new car. The receptionist is also really nice and made me a coffee! My experience at Osborne Park Kia was nothing short of amazing. From communication and professionalism, the team here will definitely look after you well. Extremely rude & unprofessional service department, absolutely no communication from both Service Manager or Dealer Principal. Fault was confirmed but after months so constantly taking my car back to them they couldn’t figure out exactly what was wrong & literally gave up and told me to go elsewhere.. After it was “fixed” for the seventh time was still getting a vent temperature of 15.4 degrees… still failed to do anything even though Kia MAX tolerance from vent is 10 degrees, personally wouldn’t recommend Osbourne Park for ANY warranty work. RESPONSE TO OWNER: We’ve dealt with each before & I’ve dealt with the garage owner Tony… this isn’t the first time you would have been aware of the issue as I’ve got an ACCC email with your name on it.

Had a great experience buying my new Sportage with Gareth and Zlatko. They gave me an awesome deal and were extremely fair on my trade in car.
